At Blending Our Futures, we believe cafés can do more than serve great food and coffee. We believe they can serve opportunity.

For many people with disability, finding meaningful work is far from simple. Mainstream workplaces often aren’t equipped to provide the time, patience, and individual support needed. That’s where we step in.

Through our supported training and employment programs, young people and adults with disability gain:

• A safe space to learn workplace skills at their own pace
• One-on-one coaching from experienced mentors
• Paid roles in a supportive environment
• A pathway into mainstream employment when they’re ready

But running these programs takes more than passion — it takes resources. Mentors, uniforms, equipment, and extended one-on-one support all cost more than a typical café can cover.

Your donation directly funds the training and supports that help our team members build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. With your help, we can continue to prove that everyone has something valuable to bring to the table.

Here’s what your gift can do:

• $25 provides a training session with a hospitality mentor
• $50 outfits a trainee with a café uniform
• $100 supports one full day of paid, supported employment
• $500 sponsors a trainee’s supported role for an entire week
