We’re looking for a passionate Disability Support Worker to join our team and support people with disabilities as they gain skills and confidence working in our community cafe.
What You’ll Be Doing
☕️ Supporting participants with customer service, coffee making, food prep, money handling and cleaning
☕️ Encouraging independence and building real workplace skills
☕️ Providing guidance, motivation, and on-the-job training
☕️ Creating an inclusive, supportive environment for everyone
What We’re Looking For
💥 Full and Clear licence
💥Reliability and Punctuality
💥 A friendly, patient, and supportive attitude
💥 Experience in disability support and hospitality
(bonus if you can make a great coffee!)
💥 Ability to balance mentoring participants with delivering
excellent customer service
💥 Current clearances: WWCC / NDIS Worker Check / Police Check / First Aid
(or willing to obtain)
💥 Weekend availability essential
